- Working with the Colorado River Indian Tribes to protect cultural resources through the ancestral homelands of tribal members, by securing tribal monitors, enforcing adequate government-to-government consultation, and reducing project impacts.
- Representing various community groups to oppose development in the semi-rural, wildfire-prone hills of the Harmony Grove area, just outside of Escondido, California (Elfin Forest Harmony Grove Town Council v. - Helping a local farmer to block Kern County’s attempts to streamline oil and gas permitting to avoid CEQA review (King and Gardiner Farms v. County of Kern (2020) 45 Cal.App.5th 814.)
