Career Highlights

• Advising public agency clients including the Cities of Half Moon Bay, Saratoga, and Marina and assisting those cities with a range of land use issues and housing laws including SB 9, Accessory Dwelling Unit Law, the Housing Accountability Act, and the Permit Streamlining Act.
• Advising public agency clients on compliance with open government and ethics laws, including the Political Reform Act and Public Records Act.
• Advising public agency and land trust clients on real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of property, easements, and leases.
• Representing the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency in eminent domain litigation to facilitate the construction of flood protection infrastructure.
