• Helping the Mount Washington Commission in New Hampshire apply conflict resolution principles to get beyond an impasse in strategic planning.
• As a law student, assisting the New Zealand Department of Conservation in incorporating considerations of climate impacts into its public lands permitting process.
• Assisting the ACLU with briefing before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court concerning proposed changes to the state’s procedure for reconsidering criminal convictions.
