Career Highlights
- Defending the public’s right to participate in coastal land use planning at Hollister Ranch. (Pappas v. State Coastal Conservancy (2021) 73 Cal.App.5th 310).
- Assisting with the acquisition and conservation of thousands of acres of agricultural and open space property.
- Advocating for increased public recreational access and due process on behalf of Lake Tahoe’s Homewood community.
Community Service, Publications, and Recognitions
- Provided pro bono assistance to the Center for Community Action and Environmental Justice and the Sierra Club in opposing an industrial warehouse project in a largely residential area of Moreno Valley.

I am deeply passionate about wild places and wild foods. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me foraging mushrooms, bow hunting, or spearfishing on the Oregon coast. I live in Portland with my partner and our two Great Pyrenees.
