• Advising land trusts and public agencies on real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of property, conservation easements, and leases.
• Helping prescribed fire advocates and cultural fire practitioners put more beneficial fire on the ground to mitigate wildfire risk through policy strategy and advocacy.
• Representing the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency in eminent domain litigation to facilitate the construction of flood protection infrastructure.
