Kevin P. Bundy

Kevin Bundy joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years in Reno, Nevada, serving as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Procter R. Hug Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable David W. Hagen of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Mr. Bundy graduated from the University of California’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 2003, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation. During law school, he served as an articles editor and associate editor for Ecology Law Quarterly, and also devoted considerable time to clinical work on behalf of homeless and low-income clients at the East Bay Community Law Center. Mr. Bundy spent his law school summers assisting with environmental justice litigation at the Center on Race, Poverty and the Environment, and working on privacy and expression issues at the American Civil Liberties Union, both in San Francisco.

Prior to attending Boalt Hall, Mr. Bundy spent several years as the Policy Director and Outreach Coordinator for the Environmental Protection Information Center, a grassroots community environmental organization in Garberville, California. His work included serving as the organization’s primary media contact, advocating for stronger forestry and endangered species protection before the California Legislature and Board of Forestry, and acting as client contact for state and federal litigation primarily challenging logging of old-growth forests and endangered species habitat in the redwood forests of northern California. He graduated with highest honors from Oberlin College in 1993.

Mr. Bundy is a member of the bars of the State of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
